Silverado Resort is Hiring a Bus Person Near Napa, CA
SALARY RANGE - This position pays Minimum Wage $16/hour, plus Gratuity and tips. The role provides efficient assistance to the server during the meal periods.
Essential Functions
- Must adhere to the company’s Service culture – 4 Keys to creating guests for life.
- Must actively participate in team member referral program and be a Talent Ambassador for Silverado Resort.
- Must participate in all resort required meetings and trainings.
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Silverado Resort Standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the resort.
- Maximize efforts towards productivity, identify problem areas and assist in implementing solutions.
- Performs any necessary pre-shift side work, as directed by supervisor.
- Becomes thoroughly familiar with all specials offered.
- Unloads trays in the dish machine area.
- Resets all tables and notifies host person of all reset tables.
- Keeps tables and service station clean, neat, and supplied at all times.
- Assists server in cleaning spills.
- Assists server(s) whenever and wherever possible throughout service.
- Completes assigned side work.
- Removes dirty plates from guests’ tables between courses or as directed by server(s), using tray service.
- Responsible for complete bus station set-up, water, bread and Serves water and bread and butter to guests.
- Abide by all resort policies and safety rules.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
